Subject: Visit to Illinois in Sept

We will be traveling to Bethel, Ridgefarm, Georgetown and Danville around September 10 this year. We are interested in the Yankee Point Cemetery and the gravestones of James Thompson, my great greatgrandfather b. 1782 in Mercer Co. Ky and d. Jan 8 1864 and is buried in the Yankee Point Cemetery. We are curious if his wife "Betsey" Thompson d. 14 Sept 1858 is buried there also. We visited in 1998 but did not have time to search for her grave. The rest of James Thompson's sons are buried in the Bethel, "Love" Cemetery and our daughter has made arrangements to be buried there also. She and her husband are coming with us. We would appreciate any help you can give us. Thank you.

Sorry about my first comment, after looking further I did find my ancestors that I had asked about. Stones are very old, and hard to read. You have done such a good job, and have a wonderful hobby. Keep up your good work.

Subject: Stokes's in the Yankee Point Cemetery

Going trough your pictures of stones, I was wondering if there were still Stones up for John P and his 3 children that are buried there on the north side near the fence.
You have done a good deed for people that have moved away and have ancestors in these cemeteries. Good work,
