I just wanted to thank all who helped put these pictures on this website. I have been looking for the burial place of my Great-great Grandparents William and Alcinda McDonald and I found them here!!! How wonderful it is that sitting in my living room in Utah I can find my ancestors graves in Middlefork Illinois! Simply amazing! Thanks again, and God bless!!

Hi, I grew up just down the road from this cemetery. I remember the church that sat near where the small building is now. It was in the early 70's, I helped my grandfather mow this cemetery, and also helped him contsruct the cable fence that surrounds it. I see they have replaced the cable with chain, I think it was around 1975-1978. I still visit it frequently, brings back memeories of the area and my childhood.
