Description: Swain Cemetery was a family burial ground on the grounds of the old Danville Rod and Gun Club. (DOES ANYONE KNOW WHERE THIS WAS?) Ayrshire Collieries Corporation got court permission to move the graves to Oakhill Cemetery, and the original area was strip mined. 9 were re-interred on Aug 30, 1946.
- John Swain - d. Sept 15, 1851 - age 44y
- William T. Swain (son of J.H.) - d. Sept 3, 1854 - age 24y
- Harvey Swain (son of J.H.) - d. Jan 1, 1877 - age 23y
- Nancy Harmeson (wife of Willie) - d. March 26, 1878 - age 68y
