Cemetery Name: Resurrection Cemetery

Also Known As: Catholic Cemetery, St. Patrick's Cemetery

Location:  Danville Township, South East Danville

Description:  Resurrection is a large Catholic cemetery, which is very well maintained and still active.

Pictures: I took pictures of EVERY stone in this cemetery in October 2008.

I am comiing to Danville and would like to visit cemetery for pictures of: daniel and sarah young who died in 1907and 1911, in Newark, Ohio . they had 3 children fredrick,charles and florence ;they died of some sickness around 1881. is your office open thru business hrs? send info or e-mail or I will pick it up at your office. Thank you for what you are doing. I am originally from Danville. My father had a grocery store on Pine and Madison Streets for many years. I also am a cemetery hunter with the exception I do it with genealogy records in mind. I have been in dozens of cemeteries from Danville to the east coast in hunting graves of family members. I would expect that I have several thousand pictures in my files. Most of my people are buried at St. Pat’s and Springhill cemeteries. I think it is wonderful that you take the time to do what you do. Keep up the good work.

Really appreciate the effort that went into this project!

Is there any plan to provide some sort of alpha index or a least a general reference that pictures 1-200 are in a particular block....it would sure cut down on search time.
