Cemetery Name: Pate Cemetery

Location:  Catlin Township, north-west of Catlin

GPS Location:  40.09342 -87.73093 (link to Google Map)

Description:  Adam Pate in his will dated June 1860 directed that "reserve land used as a graveyard lying between ravines and east of public road to be used exclusively for a burying ground". The old section is between the ravines, with the newer part on the north side of the ravine.
