Location:  Middlefork Township, south-east of Armstrong

GPS Location 40.29350 -87.85325 (link to Google Map)

Description:  Old Partlow Cemetery is at the location of the original Partlow Chapel - with the cemetery not used much after the chapel moved in the 1850's to the location where the "new" Partlow Cemetery is located.  Many of the stones are hard to read, but the area is mowed & maintained.

Pictures: I took pictures of EVERY stone in this cemetery in July 2008

Subject: ANDREW S. WALLACE

Does anyone know where the burial records are for this Cemetery? Andrew S. Wallace is related on my husband's side, his stone is readable. We would like to know if his wife Sarah R. Wallace is buried beside him, she died before he did, he remarried in 1852 window Nancy Lipsey before he his self died in Nov 1853, leaving young children in the care of guardians. Nancy then married the widow Peter Banta and they left the area soon after in 1855. Nancy did not raise the Wallace children to adult hood.
I would also like to know if there is any records from the head stone company maybe. who made the head stones?
