Description: Old Collison Cemetery is on private property, with no easy path to the cemetery. The cemetery is fully fenced in, but not maintained and slowly being overgrown. Some stones do show that work has been done fixing up this cemetery in the past.
Pictures: I took pictures of EVERY stone in this cemetery in February 2011, and also took 3 video's of the cemetery at that time.

Was that the Leonard Cemetery?
Linda Moore if you will give me some way to get back to you I would like to share my info with you and see what you have that I might not have. I don't have anything on his parents I also have info on Mary and her parents. Who was your g grandmother. The only Linda I remember was Jr Hunleys daughter?
There is a Leonard Cemetery in the area that night have some of your relatives. Have you seen it? Do you believe that James and Mary Duncan traveled to Vermilion county, IL and died there? Certainly their daughter Sarah lived there. My grandfather was Kenneth Clare Young who was born near Potomac and died in Champaign, but he lived in Potomac his whole life. His mother was Adeline Cox who was a daughter of Sarah Duncan cox and Pernell Cox. Sarah Duncan was a daughter of James Duncan and Mary Miller Duncn. Supposedly Sarah was born in Ohio. I think Mary Miller's family was in Fayette Co Ohio and did there. What do you have?
My second great grandfather Thomas Heffron died in Danville, Piolet Twp, Feb 8th 1877. I am trying to locate his grave and find an obituary. I do have his estate records. I'm not sure which cemetery I should look. He may have been Catholic and died possibly during an epidemic. I have hit my brick wall. Any suggestions will be most appreciated. Thank you, Diana
