Cemetery Name: Old Homer Cemetery

Also Known As: Dunkard Cemetery

Location:  South Homer Township, North of Homer

Description:  Old Homer Cemetery was started around 1827, and was one of the main cemeteries in the area until the Homer G.A.R. cemetery started. The Eastern part of the cemetery is the older part, and at one time known as the Dunkard Cemetery. There were many years of no burials, but burials have started again at this cemetery.
